The TVC shows a wife who's creaming at Jabong for
making her husband totally crazy, as he seems to have gone on a shopping spree.
The visuals show the husband playing cricket at home, doing mountain climbing
at home and so on.
What's Good:
- The TVC is of 25 seconds and the message has been
communicated well within that
- The point that you can go crazy shopping on Jabong,
has been exaggerated well
- The start point of the TVC showing the angry wife
really grabs eyeballs
- The grains effect throughout the TVC gives the TVC
a nice handy cam recording feel, which works well for the theme
- The shopaholism theme is ideal for Jabong to portray
What could have been better:
- The TVC has been done in a very amateur-ish way. I
understand that its sort of meant to be that way, but still the TVC (especially
the ending) is very college-kid like. Not cool.
- While the TVC's beginning gets your attention right
away, but the ending just fizzles out all the interest. The wife, husband and
Jabong delivery boy all shrieking in an odd tone, could really have been
improved
